😊 Gampo Abbey is a place filled with peace and tranquility. The teachings and practices are so profound and have helped me find a sense of inner stillness and calm. The community here is incredibly supportive and I felt instantly welcomed and accepted. The workshops and retreats provided a perfect balance between learning and self-reflection. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to visit Gampo Abbey.
