I recently applied to Iowa State University through their Office of Admissions, and my experience was satisfactory. The staff members were helpful and provided the necessary information promptly. However, I found the overall application process to be somewhat lacking in terms of clarity and organization. There were instances where I had to seek additional clarification, and the website could have been more user-friendly. Although I eventually received acceptance, I believe there is room for improvement to ensure a smoother experience for future applicants.
