I recently visited this eye institute and had an average experience. The staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile, which was a positive start. However, I found the website to be a bit outdated and not user-friendly. It was difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. The waiting area was comfortable, but the wait time was longer than expected.

The doctor who examined me was knowledgeable and answered my questions satisfactorily. However, the overall consultation felt rushed, and I would have appreciated more thoroughness and personalized attention.

On the positive side, the eye institute had modern equipment and facilities, which gave me confidence in their ability to provide quality eye care.

Overall, my experience with this eye institute was average. While there were some aspects that could be improved, it was an adequate visit.
