The overall experience with Tangshan keyuan environmental protection technology & equipment co., ltd was satisfactory. The product quality was decent, but the delivery took longer than expected. The customer service was responsive, and they addressed my queries promptly. However, there is room for improvement in terms of packaging. I received the product in a damaged box, which is unfortunate. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts.
