I had an average experience with Rewood. The wooden chair I bought had a minor flaw in the finishing, but overall it is still a decent product. The customer service was helpful in addressing my concerns and they offered compensation for the inconvenience. While I appreciate their efforts, I expected better quality control from Rewood. I hope they improve their attention to detail in the future.
