The experience I had with Bcpl railway infrastructure ltd. was fairly satisfactory. The quality of their service was decent and the staff was polite and helpful. However, there are definitely areas for improvement. The communication could be better, as I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of my project. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
