I was really excited to order from this website, but unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. The shoes I received were not as described on the website and it took a while to get a response from the customer service team. I had to return the shoes and I'm still waiting for a refund. I hope they improve their quality control and customer service in the future.
