I tried out Fil et forme for the first time and it was an average experience. The products were decent, but nothing exceptional. The website could use some improvements in terms of user experience and product information. The customer service was okay, but not outstanding. Overall, it's an okay option for fitness equipment, but there are better alternatives out there.
