I recently worked with a media company to revamp my website, and I found 12starsmedia.com. The team was professional and knowledgeable, but I was underwhelmed by the creativity and originality of their designs. Although they delivered within the expected timeline, I wished for more innovative solutions. The customer service was satisfactory, but I didn't feel that personalized touch that I was hoping for.
