I recently used this company's services for apparel embroidery. Overall, I found their website to be user-friendly and informative. It was easy to navigate and find the products and services I was interested in. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the embroidery. While it was acceptable, it lacked the attention to detail I was expecting. Additionally, I found the turnaround time to be longer than anticipated. The customer service was average, the staff was polite but seemed a bit detached. On the positive side, their pricing was competitive and they offered a good variety of customization options. Based on my experience, I would consider using this company again for basic embroidery needs, but I would perhaps look elsewhere for more intricate and detailed work.
