I recently used the services of a real estate broker for buying a property in California. I came across "mikerebroker.com" and decided to give it a try. The website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of listings, which was helpful. However, I found the overall experience to be average. While the information provided was decent, I didn't feel that the customer service was exceptional. The response time to inquiries was okay, but I was hoping for a more personalized approach. It would have been nice to receive some additional guidance and support throughout the process. In the end, I did find a property through the site, but I think there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer experience.
