I recently made a purchase from an online electronic parts retailer and had a mixed experience. The products I received from Perfect Parts Corporation were of decent quality, but the overall shopping experience was average. The customer service was responsive but not overly helpful in addressing my queries. Prices were reasonable, but not the most competitive.
