I had a mixed experience with Bantam technologies. While their product is great and exactly what I needed, their customer service left a lot to be desired. It took multiple attempts to get a response from their team, and when I finally did get a reply, it was not very helpful. However, once I got past the customer service frustration, I was satisfied with the end result.
