I had a mixed experience with Autollanta. While the website and booking process were smooth, the car I received had some issues. There were scratches on the exterior, and the interior wasn't as clean as I expected. However, the staff was understanding and offered to switch the car for me. Overall, I appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue, but I hope they pay more attention to the car's condition in the future.
