I've been a customer of Russiantelek IPTV for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. The channel lineup is decent and the picture quality is good most of the time. However, there are occasional outages and buffering issues that can be frustrating. The customer support is responsive but could be more helpful in resolving technical issues. Overall, I would rate them as average.
