As a loyal customer of Tudou.com, I must say that their services are average. While they have a wide range of products, the quality and customer support can be lacking at times. I have encountered several instances where the products I received were not as described or arrived damaged. Their return policy is also quite strict, making it difficult to get a refund or exchange. Overall, Tudou.com is a decent company to buy from, but there are certainly areas where they can improve.
