I recently had a dental visit at Dr. Ron Cohen's clinic and I must say it was an average experience overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, the appointment started a bit later than scheduled, and the waiting time could have been improved. The dentist performed a thorough examination and explained the procedure in detail, which was appreciated. The treatment itself was okay, but I felt that it could have been more efficient and effective. Upon leaving, the receptionist was helpful in explaining the billing process and answering any questions I had. While I would recommend this clinic for its friendly staff and clean environment, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of punctuality and dental services.
