I recently purchased some packaging materials from this company and had an overall average experience. The website was user-friendly and allowed me to easily find the products I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking, as my inquiries took longer to get a response than I expected. The quality of the materials was decent, but I have had better experiences with other suppliers. The delivery was on time, which was a plus, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and product quality. Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope to see improvements from this company in the future.
