I had a less than satisfactory experience with Tight Budget Group. The customer service was lacking, and I encountered issues with the booking process. The website was not user-friendly, and it took me a while to navigate through the options. The rates were average, but the overall experience left much to be desired. I would not recommend Tight Budget Group to others.
