I recently used their services to send a bouquet to my friend's birthday. I must say, the entire experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I was a bit disappointed with the selection of flowers available. The arrangements seemed quite ordinary and lacked creativity. The delivery was on time, which was a plus, but the bouquet itself didn't look as vibrant as it did on the website. It also seemed smaller than I had anticipated. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, my experience with this company was just average. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find any better options, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them.
