I recently signed up for insurance with this agency and I must say, it was quite an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, but it lacked some information that I was looking for. It took me a while to find the contact details, which was a bit frustrating. The customer service was also just average. The agents were polite, but they didn't go above and beyond to assist me with my queries. The response time was decent, but there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up on my own. The pricing was on par with other insurance companies, nothing exceptional. Overall, it's an average insurance agency with room for improvement in terms of website usability and customer service.
