I recently booked a vacation rental through their website. The property was nice, but I found the booking process to be a bit complicated and not very user-friendly. The customer service was average, and I had to wait a while to get a response to my inquiries. Additionally, the property didn't seem to be well-maintained, and there were a few issues with cleanliness. Overall, my experience with them was just okay. I might consider looking elsewhere for my next vacation rental.
