I have been using Professional Account Services In...

I have been using Professional Account Services Inc. for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do provide the basic accounting services that I need, I have found their customer service to be lacking. There have been times when I have had to wait days for a response to my inquiries, which can be frustrating when I have urgent accounting needs. Overall, I would say that Professional Account Services Inc. is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
