I have been working at Grontmij (UK) for over a year now and I must say, the overall experience has been average. The company provides good opportunities for professional development and growth, but there are certain areas that need improvement. The work environment is somewhat stressful and there is a lack of effective communication between different teams. However, the management is supportive and there are some great colleagues who make the workday enjoyable. Overall, Grontmij (UK) is a decent company to work for.
