I recently booked a vacation rental through a popular online platform. The experience was okay, but I had a few minor issues. The website was easy to navigate, but it would be nice if they offered more filters to narrow down search results. Additionally, the customer support was not very responsive, and the check-in process was a bit confusing. Overall, it was an average experience.
