I can't say enough good things about Instituto profesional ejercicio físico y cáncer (ipefc)! The instructors are not only skilled but also caring and encouraging. The classes incorporate a variety of exercises and keep things interesting. The facility is modern and provides all the necessary equipment. I highly recommend giving it a try!
