As a small business owner, I rely on Eyecast to keep my premises secure. The system has been reliable, and the app is easy to navigate. The video quality is top-notch, and I appreciate the timely notifications. However, there are areas that could be improved, such as the customer support response time. Despite that, Eyecast remains my go-to surveillance solution.
