I recently bought a car from a different dealership and it was a complete disaster. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the car had numerous issues. I immediately regretted not going to Alden Buick GMC instead. Their reputation for excellent customer service and high-quality vehicles is well-deserved. I will definitely be a customer in the future.
