I recently purchased new windows and doors from a company that shall remain unnamed. Let's just say that the whole experience was a nightmare. The quality was subpar, the installation was a disaster, and the customer service was nonexistent. Thankfully, I found Luxe windows + doors and they turned things around for me. Their products are of the highest quality, the installation was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough.
