However, the ordering process was not as smooth as expected. There were some technical glitches that made it a bit frustrating. The navigation could be improved, as I found it a bit confusing to find specific items. On the positive side, the customer service was quite helpful and responsive when I reached out for assistance. They promptly resolved my issue with the order, which was a relief. However, I wish they were more clear about their shipping timings as my delivery arrived later than expected. Overall, a decent experience, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of website functionality and clarity regarding delivery.
