I recently had the opportunity to engage with a law firm during a legal matter and I decided to give Jackson LLP a try. Their website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services, so I felt confident reaching out to them. The initial consultation was professional, and the attorney seemed knowledgeable about my issue. However, the overall experience was quite average. While they were able to handle my case competently, I found the communication to be lackluster. It often took longer than expected to receive updates, and I had to follow up multiple times. Additionally, the fees were on the higher side for the level of service provided. While I appreciated their expertise, I would have expected a more seamless and prompt experience given the cost. Overall, my experience with Jackson LLP was satisfactory, but not exceptional.
