I have been working at Newark educators community ...

I have been working at Newark educators community charter school for over a year now and my experience has been average. The work environment is pretty good and my co-workers are supportive. However, there are some areas for improvement. The management can be a bit disorganized at times and communication could be better. Overall, it's an okay place to work at, but there is definitely room for growth.
