The overall experience with Intelligent power solutions, inc was average. The customer service was decent and the delivery of the product was on time. However, there were a few minor issues with the product itself. It was not as durable as I expected and had some malfunctions after a few months of use. Overall, I would say it's an okay company to deal with.
