I recently came across the website while searching for a reputable general trading company and decided to give it a try. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent range of products available. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. My inquiries were not responded to promptly and the staff seemed disinterested in helping me. The delivery of my order was also delayed, causing inconvenience. On the positive side, the products I received were of good quality and met my expectations. In terms of pricing, I felt that the company could have been more competitive. While I wasn't overly impressed with my experience, I also wasn't completely dissatisfied. I would consider trying out other options before returning to this company in the future.
