I recently used a home improvement company to complete a project, and overall, my experience was average. While the quality of the work was satisfactory, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some issues with communication and had to follow up multiple times to make sure everything was on track. Additionally, I felt that the prices were a bit higher compared to other companies in the market. However, the end result was decent, and the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.
