I recently worked with this company for my mortgage needs. The process was satisfactory, but the communication could have been better. The website was straightforward, but I had to reach out multiple times for updates. 🤔 Overall, they provided a standard service, but I expected a bit more proactive communication. The rates were competitive, and the team was helpful when I reached out, but it would be great if they were more proactive in keeping me informed. A decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
