I recently used a design and digital marketing service from a company I found online. Overall, I would rate the company as average. The website was easy to navigate, and the portfolio of previous work was impressive. However, the communication with the team could have been better. There were delays in receiving updates on the progress of my project, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The final product met my expectations, but the process could have been smoother. I appreciate their expertise in design and digital marketing, but I hope they can improve their communication and project management for a better customer experience.
