My overall experience with Travel Leaders was disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The website was not user-friendly, and the booking process was complicated and time-consuming. The customer service was poor, with long response times and unfulfilled promises. I would not recommend Travel Leaders to anyone based on my experience.
