Lovedove inc. is an average company. The website homeoflovedove.com is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, I was not overly impressed with their customer service. They took quite a long time to respond to my queries and the representatives I spoke to were not very knowledgeable. Overall, my experience with Lovedove inc. was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
