As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with Central Hawkes Bay District Council was average. The website chbdc.govt.nz is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer service could be improved. The staff was polite but lacked knowledge and seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I expected better service from such a reputable organization.
