I recently used the waste management services provided by wastemanagement.com and found them to be satisfactory. The pickup was on time and the waste was disposed of properly. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. The representatives I spoke to on the phone were not the most helpful and sometimes seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, an average experience.
