I have been a customer of Klema Networks Inc. for several years now, and I must say, their service is average at best. While they are competent enough to keep my internet connection stable most of the time, the speeds are not impressive. I often experience slowdowns during peak hours, and it can be frustrating. I hope they can improve their infrastructure to provide a better experience to their customers. Overall, I would rate them as average.
