I recently availed the services of a consulting company based in the UK. Their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I must say it was quite average. The team was professional and responded in a timely manner to my inquiries. However, I expected more in terms of expertise and guidance. The consultants lacked a personal touch, and their suggestions were generic, lacking creativity and innovation. Moreover, the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other consulting firms. Although they delivered the promised results, I felt there was room for improvement in terms of adding more value to their services. Overall, it was an average experience with room for growth in various aspects like personalized approach, innovation, and pricing.
