I recently purchased a home through this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and had helpful information, making it easy to browse available properties. However, the communication from the team was a bit lacking at times, and I felt like I had to initiate most of the updates on the progress of my purchase. 🏠 The process took longer than I expected, but in the end, I got the home I wanted. The team was professional but could improve on being more proactive in keeping clients informed. I would rate my experience as average and hope to see improvements in customer communication in the future.
