I had a mixed experience with Die Cast Digest INC. On one hand, their product selection is great and their website is user-friendly. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. When I had an issue with an order, it took multiple attempts to get a response and the resolution was not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
