I recently stayed at the hotel in the Financial District and found the location to be convenient for exploring the city. The decor of the hotel was modern and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed with the lack of amenities and the slow service at the front desk. Additionally, the noise level from outside was quite noticeable, making it difficult to sleep at times. On the positive side, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, which provided a pleasant touch to the overall experience. Overall, the hotel was average and could benefit from improvements in certain areas to elevate the guest experience.
