The customer service experience at Pocl is horrend...

The customer service experience at Pocl is horrendous. They are absolutely unhelpful and dismissive. I had an issue with my delivery and when I contacted them, they didn't even bother to apologize or find a solution. I am extremely disappointed and will never shop here again.
