The experience with Jb's awards & engraving was average. They did a decent job with engraving on the plaques, but the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping me. Additionally, the prices were a bit high compared to other similar businesses in the area. Overall, the quality of their work was okay, but I would probably explore other options next time.
