I recently had the opportunity to take a course with Arena Training Ltd and overall, my experience was just average. While the course content was decent and covered the necessary topics, I found the delivery to be a bit lacking. The instructor seemed knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm which made it difficult to stay engaged throughout the duration of the course. Additionally, the materials provided were quite limited and could have been more comprehensive. On the positive side, the company website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making registration and accessing course information a breeze. However, I do feel that for the price paid, there are other training providers out there that offer a more engaging and inclusive learning experience.
