I had a rather disappointing experience with Redcastle. The website was easy to navigate, but the quality of the products did not meet my expectations. The dress I ordered had loose threads and the fabric felt cheap. The customer service was helpful and processed my return quickly, but I was disappointed with the overall experience. I would rate Redcastle as average.
